Before the boot camp starts we do a physical fitness assessment. We measure your body by inches and we do a physical fitness test. We see how many push ups, sit ups, squats, pull ups, burpees and see how fast you can do the mile. We give you a journal so you can record your meals, since we aren’t registered Dietician’s, we can’t tell u what you can and can not eat, but we give you recommendations on what has worked for past clients. The class meets every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and 5am. Workouts are indoors and outdoors.
Our next 3 week boot camp begins April 25th and ends May 13th. Boot camp meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Saturdays at 7am. Cost is $125 for new students, $99 for returning students. E-mail us for more details: email@example.com.
