We will start our next 6 week boot camp on Monday, September 12th and it’ll end on October 21st.  It will be held at our studio. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5am and Saturdays at 7am.  Cost is $220 for new boot campers and $199 for returning boot campers.  You compete with yourself and if you have the best results out of the entire boot camp class,  you can earn your money back based on how many students sign up.  Workouts are indoor and outdoor.  We are starting sign ups now. Based on popular demand, we are changing things a bit for our boot camp.  We are changing our boot camp, how they used to be.  Our boot camp that begins on Monday, will be 6 weeks instead of 3 weeks.  Here’s the difference, its a contest to earn some of your money back!  Cost of this boot camp will cost $220 for new students, $200 for past boot camp students. The first day of boot camp, you will take a body assessment and a physical fitness assessment.  The body assessment will be measurements of your body in inches.  We are firm believers in measuring inches versus pounds.  The physical fitness assessment will measure how many push ups, sit ups, pull ups, squats, and see how fast you can run the mile. You will also be given a journal to record your meals.  Based on the results, you can earn a cash prize.  The prize is overall who has the best results.  The cash prize is based at $100 but can increase depending on how many students we get.   Boot camp meets every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5am and Saturdays at 7am.  The workouts are indoor and outdoor.  If you are interested in participating in this contest, please let us know ASAP so we know how many journals to get printed out.

Our next 3 week boot camp begins April 25th and ends May 13th.  Boot camp meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Saturdays at 7am.  Cost is $125 for new students, $99 for returning students.  E-mail us for more details: cherry@camarillomma.com.

Our next boot camp begins on March 2nd and ends March 27th. The class meets Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Fridays at 5am and Saturdays at 7am. The class incorporates running, natural physical fitness, weight training, and discipline. The class is ran by Sifu Peter Dewindt. Just an update on what’s going on at our studio in October.

October 13th-Last Boot Camp of the year begins

October 18th– Grand Opening Party open to the public and students 2-4pm (Games for kids and raffle items will be given out)

October 23rd– Ribbon Cutting ceremony presented by the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce at 4:45pm-6pm (refreshments will be served)

October 24th-Kids Halloween Party from 6:30pm-8:30pm cost is $10

October 31st– Closed in the evening due to Halloween. We will still have boot camp in the am

It’s that time of year again, Boot Camp Time! We have redesigned our boot camp for the Spring 2014. Here is our new and improved boot camp for Spring 2014:

 

All classes will be mainly taught by Sifu Peter De Windt or by both Sifu Cherry and Sifu Peter at the same time.

The program will begin: Monday, March 31st and will only be 4 weeks long.

 

Classes will be offered: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5am for the morning group.

Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm, Friday at 6:30pm for the evening group.

 

And of course Saturdays at 7am at the hill for everyone. You will be working out 4 days a week.

 

The cost of this boot camp will only be $150. Non-refundable deposit of $25 required to reserve your spot.

 

As of now, this boot camp will not be a competition, but you have the option to take an assessment to see your progress throughout the 4 weeks.

 

Space is limited as spring boot camps are ALWAYS the busiest so please let us know if you are interested!
