Before the boot camp starts we do a physical fitness assessment. We measure your body by inches and we do a physical fitness test. We see how many push ups, sit ups, squats, pull ups, burpees and see how fast you can do the mile. We give you a journal so you can record your meals, since we aren’t registered Dietician’s, we can’t tell u what you can and can not eat, but we give you recommendations on what has worked for past clients. The class meets every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and 5am. Workouts are indoors and outdoors.
We will start our next 6 week boot camp on Monday, September 12th and it’ll end on October 21st. It will be held at our studio. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5am and Saturdays at 7am. Cost is $220 for new boot campers and $199 for returning boot campers. You compete with yourself and if you have the best results out of the entire boot camp class, you can earn your money back based on how many students sign up. Workouts are indoor and outdoor. Our next boot camp begins on March 2nd and ends March 27th. The class meets Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Fridays at 5am and Saturdays at 7am. The class incorporates running, natural physical fitness, weight training, and discipline. The class is ran by Sifu Peter Dewindt.
