This is a fun full body workout! This class is for all levels. Exercise to great beats while working out. This aerobics class incorporates martial arts and fitness. Learn the right way how to punch and kick from real martial artist. Not your typical gym cardio kickboxing class. This total body workout can improve strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. We never teach the same curriculum, every class is always different.
